Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To Control and look after overall Production, Operation of Food Products including administrative work.
∎ • Supervising and Monitoring all department head of the factory.
∎ • Able to reach and fulfill given target on Production.
∎ • Analyze and produce report on a daily, weekly and Monthly basis.
∎ • Plan, organize, direct, run, and optimize day-to- day Production & Operations.
∎ • Define, develop and monitor the implementation of production plans.
∎ • Maintain and ensure proper Safety and Health (Fire Safety and Management) measures.
∎ • Develop, implement and monitor various cost control systems.
∎ • Training for production staff on an ongoing basis.
∎ • Must concrete a defect removal model to reach better effectiveness and process maturity level.
∎ • Maintain appropriate stock of Raw Materials, Work In Progress and Finished Goods.
∎ • Must have prompt idea about Labor Law.
∎ • Monitor technical problems and ensure maintenance works to resolve all issues.
∎ • Assess actual requirement of the manpower and source the right people for right place.
∎ • Must have vast idea on process and recipe in case of formulating and introducing new products.
∎ • Any other task assign by the management.
