  • Age At least 28 years
  • 7–10 years of proven leadership in modular interior and wood-based manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of modern woodworking machinery and production optimization.
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, ERP systems, and AutoCAD preferred.
  • Excellent decision-making, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • A mindset aligned with unity, integrity, and continuous innovation.


Responsibilities & Context:

Oversee, manage, and coordinate all activities of the wood workshop, ensuring efficient production, safety compliance, proper maintenance of machinery, and delivery of high-quality interior and door products in alignment with bti’s mission and core values.

  • Lead and optimize daily production across modular interior, cabinetries and wooden door lines, ensuring minimum downtime with advanced CNC, edge banders, cold press, panel saws and other machineries.

  • Track and drive production KPIs including output, defect rates, and delivery timelines.

  • Supervise, coach, and inspire line in-charges, operators, carpenters, and support staff to foster an environment of trust, mutual respect, and accountability.

  • Conduct regular training on quality, health, safety & environment, and continuous improvement practices (Lean, 5S, Kaizen).

  • Implement and enforce rigorous quality control systems aligned with bti’s premium standards; partner with design and project teams to exceed expectations.

  • Use data-driven analysis to identify root causes of defects and eliminate recurrence.

  • Establish proactive maintenance schedules for smooth operations and drive a zero-tolerance safety culture.

  • Maintain a clean, well-organized, hazard-free workplace and enforce fire protection protocols.

  • Forecast material requirements, coordinate timely procurement, and maintain precise inventory records while minimizing wastage.

  • Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations for senior leadership; contribute to long-term strategies for capacity building and facility growth.
