• We are looking for a smart, sincere, and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage our factory’s daily accounting operations, handle financial documentation, and support the finance department with accurate record-keeping and reporting.

• Maintain daily accounts records (Cash, Bank, Purchase, Sales, Expense, and Petty Cash).

• Prepare Vouchers (Journal, Payment, Receipt) and maintain supporting documents.

• Check and verify all supplier bills and payment documents before approval.

• Prepare and maintain stock/inventory records in coordination with the store department.

• Assist in salary sheet preparation, attendance, overtime calculation, and allowances.

• Prepare monthly expenditure reports and assist in internal & external audits.

• Maintain file & documentation (both manual and digital).

• Ensure timely VAT & TAX compliance as per company policy.

• Coordinate with Head Office Accounts and Factory Store & Production Team for financial updates.
