Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a smart, sincere, and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage our factory’s daily accounting operations, handle financial documentation, and support the finance department with accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Maintain daily accounts records (Cash, Bank, Purchase, Sales, Expense, and Petty Cash).
Prepare Vouchers (Journal, Payment, Receipt) and maintain supporting documents.
Check and verify all supplier bills and payment documents before approval.
Prepare and maintain stock/inventory records in coordination with the store department.
Assist in salary sheet preparation, attendance, overtime calculation, and allowances.
Prepare monthly expenditure reports and assist in internal & external audits.
Maintain file & documentation (both manual and digital).
Ensure timely VAT & TAX compliance as per company policy.
Coordinate with Head Office Accounts and Factory Store & Production Team for financial updates.
