Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum Two (2) years of practical experience in implementing development projects.
∎ Demonstrate positive attitude and sensitivity to support vulnerable and at-risk groups, and communities.
∎ Understanding of gender and diversity issues.
∎ Capable in interpersonal communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Basic Computer proficiency: i.e. MS Office.
∎ Minimum Two (2) years of practical experience in implementing development projects.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to identify trafficking victims from project area to comprehensive need-based support them through referral mechanism.
∎ Assist to organize all field level project and provide necessary logistical supports as per activities plan.
∎ Collecting information/data of migrants, reporting and documenting case stories etc.
∎ Assist in implementing field activities like- awareness activities, training, meeting, workshop etc. as per project plan.
∎ Maintain close contact and communication with ANIRBAN, Counter Trafficking Committee (CTC) and local communities and FSTIP local partners in implementation of activities.
∎ Assist to prepare reports on orientation, training, counseling, follow up, case studies, lessons learnt, monitoring etc.
∎ Ensure that all the activities are implemented in a full respect to the trafficking survivors.
∎ Any other activity required and directed by the project manager and/or the management.
