∎ BSc in Textile Engineering Technology from any reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Email Communications, English as well as computer literacy

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dyeing, Finishing and Inspection, Production Planning of Woven and Denim fabric manufacturing Plant, Production Planning of Woven and Denim Plan., Weaving
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should expert in fabric analysis.
∎ Should expert in analyzing fabric construction, in term of yarn and yarn specs.
∎ Should have experience in spinning, dyeing, weaving and finishing areas.
∎ Should have experience in physical fabric testing.
∎ To monitor and control individual developments from start to end.
∎ To be result oriented.
∎ Capability to work under pressure environment.
∎ Co-ordination with production department for samples
∎ Co-ordination with marketing department to deliver fabric development

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in R&D
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Time Management skill.
