Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To create a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth to lead students toward fulfillment of their potential for intellectual, emotional, and psychological growth and maturation through extracurricular activities.
∎ An Extra-curricular Teacher provides students with daily feedback on performance in character and skills, and plan for individual learning needs.
∎ •Teaching the following classes, Music/Rhymes; Art;   Storytelling/Theater; Dance
∎ •Organizing and managing cultural programs and encouraging student’s participation.
∎ •  Assist additionally homeroom management, planning and preparing lessons, researching and implementing new methods. Especially assisting special needs kids.
∎ •Conducting classes in absence of any teacher.
∎ • Become an active member in the school community by attending conferences and trainings, also collaborating and participating in different programs.
∎ •Fulfill administrative duties associated with the job.
∎ •Keeping engagement with School community.
∎ •Develops lesson plans and instructional materials and provides individualized and small group instruction in order to adopt the curriculum.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ On Probation period 25K after confirmation 28k
