Experience:

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

• Masters

• Master’s degree in Education or any relevant subject (B.Ed. preferred).
• Training in Early Childhood or Primary Education is a plus.

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

• Age 22 to 35 years

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience teaching in primary level (preferably English Version or English Medium school).
• Freshers with strong teaching potential and commitment to education may also be considered.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Good classroom management and student engagement techniques.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Bangladesh NCTB curriculum and international teaching standards.

Lesson Delivery:

• Teach assigned subjects using structured lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Apply differentiated teaching methods to meet varied student needs.

Classroom Management:

• Maintain discipline through clear rules, behavior charts, and positive reinforcement.
• Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

Assessment & Reporting:

• Conduct regular assessments and maintain student records.
• Prepare report cards and share student progress with parents.

Student Support:

• Address individual learning needs and support students' emotional well-being.
• Promote Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) in daily routines.

Technology Use:

• Effectively use smart boards and classroom tech tools.
• Prepare digital materials and support online/hybrid learning if needed.

Collaboration & Training:

• Participate in meetings, trainings, and school events.
• Work with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching quality.

Compliance:

• Follow school rules, child safety policies, and academic guidelines.
