Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive Japanese language classes for beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners.

• Prepare structured lesson plans, course outlines, and teaching materials aligned with learning objectives.

• Teach Japanese grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills effectively.

• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, quizzes, and assessments.

• Provide individual guidance and feedback to support students’ language development.

• Encourage active participation and conversational practice in the classroom.

• Organize practice sessions, mock tests, and JLPT preparation classes.

• Maintain accurate attendance records, progress reports, and academic documentation.

• Support students with Japanese culture, etiquette, and practical communication skills.

• Participate in curriculum development and improvement of teaching methods.

• Coordinate with the academic team to ensure quality training and student satisfaction.

• Assist in organizing language workshops, seminars, and cultural activities when required.

Requirement

• JLPT N3 or N4 certification is mandatory.

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized language training institution.

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

• Ability to conduct interactive and student-focused lessons.

• Candidates who have previously lived or studied in Japan will receive preference.
