Education:

Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance from a recognized university.

Experience:

Minimum 8–12 years of working experience in the Accounts and Finance Department of a recognized university, government, or private institution.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all accounting, financial management, and record-keeping functions of the university.

Prepare budgets, financial statements, and financial reports in compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.

Ensure proper management of VAT, TAX, and other statutory financial obligations in accordance with government regulations.

Supervise accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and financial transactions.

Manage tendering processes, procurement-related financial documentation, and ensure compliance with financial and procurement policies.

Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure financial transparency and accountability.

Implement and maintain financial control systems and provide financial analysis and

guidance to university management.

Supervise accounting staff.
