শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: হাফেজ, মাওলানা, মুফতি আবশ্যক।
অভিজ্ঞতা: হিফজ ও কিতাব বিভাগ সামলানোর পূর্ন দক্ষতা ওপ্রশাসনিক দায়িত্ব পালনে পূর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকা আবশ্যক ও মুহতামিম হিসেবে পূর্বে দায়িত্ব পালনকারী অগ্রাধিকার পাবেন।
ব্যক্তিত্ব: হক্কানী আলেম, আল্লাহভীরু (মুত্তাকী), এবং আমানতদার হতে হবে।
দক্ষতা: মাদ্রাসার সামগ্রিক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা, শৃঙ্খলা নিয়ন্ত্রণ এবং প্রয়োজনীয় অর্থ সংগ্রহের যোগ্যতা।
মতাদর্শ: মাদ্রাসার লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্যের সাথে সম্পূর্ণ ঐক্যমত পোষণকারী হতে হবে।
