Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Agriculture
∎ Diploma in Agriculture from any reputed institute (Knowledge in pomology and Horticulture will be preferable).
∎ Skills Required: Documentation, Horticulture, Leadership and Good Communication skill., pomology.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of fruit farm and Harvesting.
∎ Scheduling daily activities and implementation of gardening & beautification related all works on field.
∎ Plantation and maintenance of different plants and fruit trees.
∎ Responsible for plant house propagation, field and bed preparation, successive transplanting and seeding,
∎ Performing of overseeing pest & disease preventive management, fertilization, irrigation, and other intercultural operations.
∎ Harvesting, processing fruits, cleaning and packing produce.
∎ Maintaining stock register of different agricultural elements related to beautification & landscaping project and reporting project update to In Charge.
∎ Ensure manpower distribution, fertilization, watering, and others intercultural operation throughout the culture period.
∎ Responsibilities in a retail environment include communicating with retail and wholesale clients
∎ Controlling insecticides and pesticides in vegetable and fruit garden.
∎ Prepare & provide daily, Weekly & monthly reports to the management.
∎ Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.
∎ A passion for working in and learning about food, agriculture, and food systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Maintaining and monitoring all the projects of the farm and land areas and put up a detail plan of the agro farm.
∎ Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
