Job Context:
∎ Must have at least 1-2 years experience in Sales & Marketing department for exporting SESAME SEEDS, AROMATIC RICE, DRY FOOD ITEMS
∎ Looking for Immediate Appointment.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To entertain the existing and potential importer's query on regular basis. To attend the strategic meeting with the importer in home & abroad to expand the export market. To monitor the whole export procedure -from collecting order to executing shipment & after sales issues. To maintain Communication with foreign buyers. Collect order and payment from the importer. Capacity to work independently.
∎ Must be good in speaking English to do telemarketing and introduce company products and get their contact details.
∎ Export Documentation- Sales Contract, L/C Formalities, Pro forma Invoice, Job Order, Commercial Invoice, Packing & Weight List, Certificate Of Origin, GSP Or SAPTA, Phyto sanitary & Fumigation, Bank EXP Issue, ARV, UP, VAT, C&F documents, Bank documents, Buyer documents, bill submit in accounts, BL draft and collect, documents hand over. Capacity to work independently. Collecting Cash incentives for export.
∎ Export Market plan as per requirement and analysis of business growth in the context of industry competition. Visit different markets as per requirement; analysis the market share, find out market gap and take necessary steps to increase market share. Competitive analysis.
∎ Monitoring the field (Software based field Monitoring). Familiar with marketing software such as mail chimp & others. Knows about Search engine optimization (SEO). Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Must be good in writing marketing email drafts to catch buyer's attention. Ability to create cover photo, banner design, photo manipulation, motion graphic, animation, video editing, sound editing for video clip, info-graphic design etc. Execute E-mail Marketing, good Graphics Design Knowledge, Photoshop & Illustrator, create necessary marketing database.
∎ Conduct research to identify new markets & customer needs. Ability to do market feasibility study. Positive attitude to market tour and reporting to team leader. Innovative and adaptable mentality to contribute to the development of the company.
∎ Logistics Support & Office maintenance. Customer relations, Transportation, Documentation, warehouse and others. Work closely with QC to ensure the best quality and packaging. Work with Product Development department to ensure new products, Products quality, Packaging, cartooning, Work closely with stuffing assistant to ensure the right stuffing as per company.
∎ Product costing and value chain analysis. Managing and analysing of inventory related data of importer. Focus on buyers secondary sales. Check the party accounts once before sending the final documents.
∎ Draft writing independently both in English & Bengali. Ability to work under pressure and teamwork as well.
∎ Punctuality.
∎ Perform other such duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge & experience of new agro commodities for Export.
∎ Should have Good communication skill, Internet proficiency, computer literacy & Fluency in English.
∎ Should be smiling face & well mannered.
∎ Build up a better relation & correspondence with buyers and others.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 14000 (Monthly)
∎ AS PER COMPANY POLICY.
