Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Counseling:Provide A-to-Z guidance for study abroad processes in the USA, Canada, Australia, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland, and European countries.
∎ Assist students with application procedures, visa processes, and university admissions.
∎ Manage day-to-day office activities efficiently.
∎ Supervise and guide junior counselors and staff.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
∎ Address client inquiries and concerns with a professional approach.
∎ Develop strategies for expanding the client base.
∎ Identify opportunities for partnerships with international universities and institutions.
∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in study abroad counseling.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in email writing and Microsoft Office tools.
∎ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
∎ Fluency in English is mandatory;
∎ Additional language skills are a plus.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Counseling:Provide A-to-Z guidance for study abroad processes in the USA, Canada, Australia, Lithuania, Latvia, Ireland, and European countries.
∎ Assist students with application procedures, visa processes, and university admissions.
∎ Communication:
∎ Expert in email communication with universities, students, and stakeholders.Handle international meetings professionally, including virtual and face-to-face discussions.
∎ Office Management:
∎ Manage day-to-day office activities efficiently.
∎ Supervise and guide junior counselors and staff.
∎ Client Relationship:
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
∎ Address client inquiries and concerns with a professional approach.
∎ Strategy & Planning:
∎ Develop strategies for expanding the client base.
∎ Identify opportunities for partnerships with international universities and institutions.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field.
