Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Monitor the activities of trust & field visits as per guideline of Management.
∎ • Managing and maintaining contact with local parties.
∎ • Handling all distribution requirements of trust activities.
∎ • Ensuring continued compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
∎ • Supporting teamwork through working with other members.
∎ • Keep close relationships with the community people.
∎ • Conduct day to day training, meeting, and session.
∎ • Facilitate input & output actors at field level.
∎ • Communicate with different service providers in input-output actors and build linkage with markets.
∎ • Provide and organize training, community sessions.
∎ • Facilitate to keep record and support on graduation works.
∎ • Communicate and work for documents preparation.
∎ • Ensure quality work at the field level.
∎ • Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): International organization, NGO/ Other Services, Zakat fund.
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, NGO, Public Relation Companies, Research Organization
∎ • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
∎ • Team-oriented and ability to work with a diversified group of people.
