Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile
∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Industrial Engineering (IE),
∎ Industrial and Production Engineering(IPE) or Textile Engineering (TE) from BUET, SUST, KUET, BUTEX.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial Engineering, woven Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Instruct & implement the machine layout along with the right manpower.
∎ Ensure line efficiency with allocated manpower.
∎ Prepare Skill matrix for recruiting & grading the new employee.
∎ Time study, capacity study, and follow-up study of the running style and take appointment measures.
∎ Setting up of lines so to help to achieve set targets.
∎ Find out bottlenecks solve problems if any.
∎ Ensure supply chain operation and achieve maximum output.
∎ Motivate workers to achieve higher productivity.
∎ Identify best performers and award incentives to deserving workers.
∎ Any other job assigned by seniors/ management.
