- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Conduct site visits to identify opportunities for product application and conversion.
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to drive product adoption and sales growth.
- Build strong relationships with clients and contractors, providing solutions that foster long-term business.
- Provide timely after-sales service to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Offer hands-on technical support at customer sites when needed.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to product application or performance.
- Recommend practical solutions to resolve customer problems efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical issues promptly.
- Visit engineers, contractors, and consultants regularly to promote brand awareness and build trust.
- Monitor ongoing project sites to ensure correct product application and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain accurate records of site visits, client interactions, and service activities.
- Document findings and share feedback with both customers and internal teams.
- Prepare and submit timely reports to the Head of Department highlighting activities, achievements, challenges, and market insights.
