- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct site visits to identify opportunities for product application and conversion.
Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to drive product adoption and sales growth.
Build strong relationships with clients and contractors, providing solutions that foster long-term business.
Provide timely after-sales service to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.
Offer hands-on technical support at customer sites when needed.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to product application or performance.
Recommend practical solutions to resolve customer problems efficiently.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical issues promptly.
Visit engineers, contractors, and consultants regularly to promote brand awareness and build trust.
Monitor ongoing project sites to ensure correct product application and compliance with company standards.
Maintain accurate records of site visits, client interactions, and service activities.
Document findings and share feedback with both customers and internal teams.
Prepare and submit timely reports to the Head of Department highlighting activities, achievements, challenges, and market insights.
