Responsibilities & Context:
- Provide technical support to the sewing floor for smooth operation.
- Set machine layout, attachments, and guides as per style requirements.
- Ensure sample development and new style setting for bulk production.
- Train operators and supervisors on sewing techniques for better quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with IE, Production, and QA teams to achieve shipment targets.
- Solve technical issues to reduce rejection, rework, and downtime.
- Continuously improve sewing methods, productivity, and quality standards.
