Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all sewing machines.
- Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical & electrical problems in sewing machines.
- Regular preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Maintain machine efficiency, production quality, and safety standards.
- Guide and support operators for proper machine handling.
- Maintain records of maintenance work and spare parts usage.
- Work closely with production, IE, and QA teams to achieve operational targets.
