• Responsible for demand forecasting and ensuring product availability as per business requirements.

• Prepare item- and work order–wise material requirement plans to support production and project timelines.

• Check and review daily requisitions to procure materials as per requirements.

• Procure materials at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right cost while maintaining quality standards.

• Ensure daily procurement activities are performed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Collect competitive quotations from multiple suppliers and prepare comparative statements for management approval.

• Negotiate price, terms, and delivery with vendors to ensure the best value.

• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) to local suppliers after obtaining necessary approvals.

• Conduct regular inventory inspections and maintain accurate records of supplies and stock levels.

• Coordinate with store and production teams to ensure optimal inventory levels.

• Liaise with internal departments (Production, Accounts, QA/QC, etc.) for smooth supply chain operations.

• Prepare and maintain procurement-related reports and documentation for management review.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in SCM processes.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Department Head.
