Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible to perform marketing, sales & promotional activities of Rice. He should have the ability to procure orders from different Dealers/Buyers and have adequate knowledge about Sales & Marketing.
∎ Must have ability to monitor activities from sampling, development to delivery.
∎ Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 45 years
∎ At least 5 year(s) marketing and sales experience in a Group of Companies of which at least 2 years experience in the marketing and sales of Rice.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Ability to effectively direct and supervise.
∎ Knowledge and ability in the use of software applications.
∎ Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain detailed records.
∎ Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.
∎ Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions.
