Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary: Achieve the targeted sales volume by maintaining good relationships with the existing customers and creating new customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare an action plan to meet the monthly sales target and drive to achieve the target
- Ensure a periodic visit as per target from head office to all the farms and ponds to build a strong relationship with all the farmers.
- Visit potential dealers for new business opportunities as well as market creation
- Visit and collect the sales order from the existing dealer to meet the sales target
- Ensure necessary support to the customers with the help of the responsible technical service person and ensure their retention.
- Collect and share the competitor's information regarding different policies, offers, and sales and marketing strategies with the supervisor to take necessary action where required.
- Provide required feedback to the supervisor/ management about the present scenario and future market trends to facilitate decision-making.
- Review the progress status of new products and share the market feedback with the supervisor.
- Resolve all customer complaints/queries and take guidance from the supervisor where required.
- Follow up and collect monthly credit from dealers (if any) regularly in an amicable way and deposit it in the company's account properly.
- Arrange transport facilities to transfer goods from the depot to the dealer
- Ensure proper usage of all promotional elements provided by the company to achieve the monthly sales target.
- Establish minimum 01 (one) demo/model farm of broiler, layer, sonali, fish, or cattle in the respective area
- Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
