Education:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 26 years
  • Incentive and commission calculation & reconciliation

  • Advanced data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI preferred)

  • Financial data accuracy and validation.

  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formula-based analysis)

  • Attention to detail and analytical mindsetAbility to handle large data sets efficiently.

  • Coordination with sales finance and HR departments

  • Time management and multitasking ability.

  • Preparation of incentive commission, and performance reports



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Prepare and calculate monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive data accurately as per company policy.

  • Perform incentive reconciliation by verifying sales figures, targets, and achievements with concerned departments.

  • Conduct data analysis to ensure transparency, accuracy, and performance-based incentive evaluation.

  • Prepare and process all types of bills related to incentives, commissions, and other performance-based payments.

  • Manage commission calculation and disbursement in coordination with Finance and HR teams.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on incentive trends, achievements, and payout summaries.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and HR departments to ensure timely and accurate incentive processing.

  • Assist in policy improvement by analyzing incentive structures and recommending necessary updates.

  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audit and management review.

  • Support management with periodic incentive performance presentations and summaries.
