Experience:

• BSc. in Textile Engineering from a reputed university

• Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in woven fabric development, preferably in heat-resistant or technical textiles.

• Knowledge of woven fabric construction, fiber properties, and basic thermal behavior of textiles.

• Familiarity with testing methods for flame resistance, thermal insulation, and mechanical durability.

• Have Sample development & Pattern Making ability.

• Have knowledge of Tectonics (CAD) design & software and ability to making design

• Well-known about CCI loom.

• Internal communication with all department.

• Experience in working with fiberglass or aramid fabrics.

• Basic understanding of coating or lamination processes for thermal applications.

• Exposure to textile lab testing equipment and data interpretation.

• Computer literacy with MS Office and basic ERP tools, fabric CAD is a plus.

Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Executive/Sr. Executive, R&D (Woven Fabrics)”. The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:

• Take care of all fabric analysis issues like-EPI, PPI, count, yarn type, GSM, weave, cover factor, Crimp percentage & composition.

• Suggest before wash construction, GSM, weaving parameters, & process route from actual analysis.

• Fiber & Yarn composition identification, Dye class identification.

• Maintaining the yarn & fabric quality according to buyer's given sample.

• Design analysis find out drafting, lifting all kind of fabric swatch.

• To make the pattern of Desk-loom and follow up.

• Well-known about shade matching.

• Woven Fabric Design and Development (Plain, Twill, Satin, Sateen, Dobby, Double Cloth Others Derivatives Like Oxford, Boxy, Ottoman, Rib, Herringbone, Zig-Zag Twill Creep Weave Honeycomb, etc.)

• Analyzed Different Type of Special Fiber Made Fabrics (T400, Double Core, All Season Cool Max, Wool, Nylon Linen, Vortex etc.)

• Well-Known about Pre-Treatment, CPB Dyeing, Thermosol Dyeing Jigger Process, Jigger Process Printing (Rotary, Flatbed, Digital) and Strike Off also.

• Analysis of CAD, Swatch & Design.

• Sample Production follows up.

• Give recommendation GSM on different types of construction.

• To make the pattern of desk loom and dyeing program.

• Finish type & mélange composition collection.
