Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Al-Muslim Garments Accessories Ltd a reputed garments accessories company (A sister concern of Al-Muslim Group) in Bangladesh is going to recruit "Executive/Sr.Executive - Planning" for factory unit located in Savar,Dhaka.
∎ Develop and maintain detailed production plans for trims and accessories in alignment with overall production schedules.
∎ Monitor production progress to ensure deadlines are met, adjusting as needed to address delays.
∎ Define and monitor delivery timelines for trims and accessories to ensure availability before production start dates.
∎ Collaborate with production teams to ensure on-time delivery of trims and accessories for seamless operations.
∎ Negotiate delivery schedules and lead times with concerned department and resolve any delivery-related disruptions.
∎ Optimize workflows to minimize material wastage and improve overall efficiency.
∎ Work closely with production, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams to align plans with production milestones.
∎ Track production timelines and identify bottlenecks or workflow issues.
∎ Ensure that all trims and accessories meet production quality standards and specifications.
