Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 26 years
  • Core practical experience in payroll processing.

  • Payroll management, audit and support.

  • Well-versed in payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • Proficient in using payroll software and tools to process payroll efficiently, generate reports, and manage records.

  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing.

  • Calculating and checking employee salaries, benefits, and deductions following company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations.

  • Preparing Mobile and TA/DA bill sheets and on-time disbursements to the bank.

  • Generating payroll reports, such as payroll summaries, tax calculations, deductions & OT data in software.

  • Updating Master File daily and generating Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports.

  • Handling employee database in Excel and software.

  • Maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.

  • Working collaboratively and in a supportive manner within the HR, finance, Internal Audit, and other departments to ensure payroll operations.

  • Maintaining absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.

  • Process the final settlement of resigned employees on time.

  • Any other work given by the Manager/HOD.
