∎ Age 23 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Prepare MRP-1(Material Requirement Planning) of local materials by collaborating with Supply Chain and Procurement team and ensure availability at the right time and in right quantity.
∎ 2. Attend in production planning meeting monthly and weekly, and ensure material readiness according to the production plan.
∎ 3. Share the stock faulty quantity with local as well as international suppliers for processing the compensation procedure.
∎ 4. Prepare monthly reports of materials insight and submit to supervisor.
∎ 5. Ensure proper calculation to avoid line changeover due to shortage of packing materials.
∎ 6. Take and analyze material delivery schedule
∎ 7. Batch to batch scenario analysis and set action plan for abnormality. For the valid reason, inform Material Planning team to accommodate
∎ 5.To control and monitor the wastage stock faulty in collaboration with production.
∎ 6. Check with stakeholder and adjust line and segment wise capacity.
