• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, yet also function well within a team environment.
• Previous connections with legal firms for consultation on complex legal matters is advantageous.

Job Context:

Tiger New Energy Co., Ltd. invites application from competent & potential talents for the position of " Executive/Sr. Executive-Legal & Corporate Governance Associate". This position will play an active role in workplace. To meet the requirement of our demand, we need to fill up following vacancy immediately.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all required government certification required for the company.

• Ensure company meets all compliance requirement as per government standard.

• Oversee the management of licenses, registrations, and memberships of the company, as well as handle matters related to consumer rights protection.

• Draft and vet internal processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Provide support on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues pertaining to the development and launch of new products.

• Manage all litigation matters involving the company, including coordinating with external legal counsel as necessary.

• Assist in contract management, including vetting and drafting trade letters, dealer agreement, and correspondence to channel partners.

• Maintain effective liaison with government authorities as required, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and compliance with regulatory obligations.

• Look after the company`s Intellectual Property Governance and ensure protection.
