∎ Familiarity with fabric structures, yarn specifications, and textile quality standards.
∎ Ability to analyze production data and optimize efficiency.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges.
∎ Willingness to work in a factory environment with shift duties if required.
∎ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, merchandising, and supply chain.
∎ Knowledge of lean manufacturing and waste reduction techniques (preferred).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate day-to-day knitting production activities to operate effectively.
∎ Oversee the performance of machines and maximize usage to meet production goals.
∎ Implement quality controls at various production stages to ensure product standards.
∎ Maintain and update production records, including yarn usage, machine efficiency, and output reports.
∎ Track receipt of yarns, deliveries, and knitting production status on an order basis.
∎ Collaborate with merchandisers, suppliers, and quality control teams to efficiently tackle production and quality-related problems.
∎ Maintain timely performance of production schedules to achieve shipment deadlines.
∎ Diagnose and resolve technical or operational issues impacting production efficiency.
∎ Comply with safety standards and workplace requirements.
∎ Train and direct knitting operators, technicians, and assistants for improving productivity.
∎ Collaborate closely with management to meet production targets and reduce wastage.
∎ Assist in raw materials and finished goods inventory management.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and reporting of the production processes.Carry out any other duties assigned by the reporting authority.
