∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Extensive knowledge on MS Office.
∎ Willing to work in under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Habituate with HR software (Oracle & Logic), track & prepare the attendance, leave, shifting, increment, promotion, confirmation, and performance appraisal data on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
∎ Have adequate knowledge of labor Act and rules as well as related compliance standards.
∎ To prepare overall documents regarding notice, training MOM, circular, office order, company policy, etc. as & when required.
∎ Handle employee grievances formally and informally, forward them to the concerned department, and follow up for resolution.
∎ Developing training materials and conducting trainings.
∎ Using data and analytics, identify top performers and spot issues within the workforce.
∎ Developing and enforcing employee retaining strategy.
∎ Reporting to senior management and offering improvement suggestions.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the superior.
∎ Salary Range: Negotiable (Based on Skill and Knowledge).
