Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 25 years

Responsibilities & Context:

Daily transaction recording in system.

Payment receive from customer and MR making.

Documentation (Booking form, Agreement, Registration, AIT, Others).

Cheque collection from client or bank.

Bill adjustment after verification and approval.

Fund requisition and approval for payments.

Payments as per fund requisition.

Bank deposit and withdrawal as per requirement.

BEFTN, RTGS, Clearing Cheque deposit.

Bank Reconciliation.

Salary sheet checking and bank advice preparation.

Financial statements preparation.

Payable and receivable aging analysis.

Periodical report preparation for supervisor/management.

Any other task assigned by the supervisor related to role.
