Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Environmental Compliance according to the Bangladesh Environmental Conservation Act
∎ Prepare all policies and documentation for EMS, EMP, CMP, OHSAS and energy efficiency for factory
∎ Monitor & guide for FEM & FSLM, chemicals RSL, MRSL & ZDHC, maintain Chemical Inventory, Chemical risk assessment and hazard control as per buyer requirements.
∎ Maintain, monitor and ensure to represent the company during the COC audit of different buyers
∎ Ensure Training Needs Assessment and providing training to the workers
∎ Ensure Sustainability Higg index, PACT program, VF, Better Work & others Buyers
∎ Ensure Environmental health and safety
∎ Ensure DETOX/ ZDHC requirements and implement Detox for all environmental audit like HIGG index and PACT
∎ Guide training and awareness building workshop with workers and staffs for work place safety and environmental conservation and safe chemical handling, Chemical Drill, labeling MSDS and proper document awareness
∎ Ensure buyer COC and monthly aspect impact analysis
∎ Ensure internal compliance audit and prepare buyer and government audit ETP and WTP
∎ Prepare factory Corrective action Plan and ensure its implementation as per observation followed time to time in respect of Environmental Audit
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Good knowledge on MS Office
