∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Practical experience & familiarity with knit fabric finishing.
∎ Candidate must have solid understanding & practical experience regarding finishing parameter.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepares tentative production plan as well as execute as per forecast.
∎ Provides accurate parameters for different finishing machines.
∎ Controls fabric quality (e.g. dia, shrinkage, GSM etc.) by strictly following machine parameters.
∎ Give production plan to operator and ensure good quality finished fabric.
∎ Provide proper information about fabric and fabric process to operator.
∎ Conducts briefing sessions for the floor level people to explain with process sequence of special fabrics.
∎ Make production report of all machine in ERP software.
∎ Check finished fabric process parameter in running time.
∎ Checking daily chemical recipe during its processing time.
∎ Checking overdyed fabric shade.
∎ Fault analysis and find out its reason such as excess, cut pieces, width short, spot, Waviness, crease mark etc.
∎ Checking lab report and analysis report every day and record keeping.
∎ Ensure minimum wastage of fabric and other materials.
∎ Communicates with textile maintenance team to get feedback about maintenance functions so that production plans are executed smoothly.
∎ Give maximum quantity and good-quality production.
