Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Search or expansion of new dealers & potential corporate customers.
∎ Regular follow-up with potential dealers and convert them to final buyers.
∎ Visit the new corporate house and pursue corporate customers.
∎ Provide necessary information to customers and make them aware of our new products, services and offers.
∎ Assist and accelerate sales through dealer and corporate customers.
∎ Support customers for all types of requirements.
∎ Analyze sales statistics and monitor the preferences of customers.
∎ Visit dealer points and monitor their sales and promotional activities.
∎ Obtain tender information, documentation, and submission of tender if necessary.
∎ Collect Market information on the Motorcycle Industry and comprise with competitor’s sales.
∎ Support to resolve any sort of problem regarding sales or service.
∎ Submit bills and ensure on-time payment collection.
∎ Prepare daily or monthly sales reports.
∎ Prepare documentation for registration of motorcycle.
∎ Monitor and supervise customer satisfaction issues.
∎ Any other tasks as required by the Supervisor.
