Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and evaluate locations for outdoor advertisements (billboards, mega signs, shop signs, wall branding, dealer/retail branding, etc.) and explore innovative opportunities.
  • Plan, prepare, and manage approval processes for outdoor branding activities, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely bill processing.
  • Follow up on management approvals, maintain documentation, and ensure timely completion of branding projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Supervise execution of outdoor branding activities, ensuring quality, compliance with brand guidelines, and timely delivery.
  • Monitor placement, installation, and maintenance of POP & POSM materials at retail and dealer points.
  • Coordinate and participate in corporate and trade events to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and promotional strategies, and report findings regularly.
  • Prepare and share business intelligence reports, insights, and recommendations with the Head of Department.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness and budget compliance in all branding initiatives.
  • Continuously explore and implement innovative branding ideas to enhance brand presence.
