∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Candidates with CA course Completed or ICMA (Partially Completed and Ongoing) will be given preference.·
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software – ERP, Moderate Knowledge in MS Office skill

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Examining and analyzing accounting records or other financial reports. check vouchers & posting of ledgers in ERP software ;·
∎ Checking all kinds of vouchers like journal voucher, sales voucher, collection voucher, bank payment voucher, bank receipts voucher, establish/up-date financial policies, procedure/ systems/control to implement the plan ;·
∎ Recording all Loan related voucher in GL software ;·
∎ Bank interest calculation, maintaining loan repayment schedules and updating loan liabilities accordingly ;·
∎ To adjustment of import L/C, export L/C back to back L/C & Loan ;· Perform all kinds of bank activities ;·
∎ Preparing utilization sheet for fund planning purpose ;·
∎ Reconcile all party & employees' advance ledgers ;·
∎ Submission & Preparation of Vat/Tax Return & Withholdings ;·
∎ Monthly Inventory - To maintain Inventory system of Company.(Purchase, Issue, Consumption & Finishing Goods, Stock Collection & Sales) ;·
∎ Preparing weekly and monthly report ;·
∎ Follow up petty cash whenever required·
∎ Any Other Assignment given by Higher Authority,.
