Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work order analysis and prepare daily production plan.
∎ Prepare Dyeline according to the program.
∎ Match the shade with the standard as per the buyers requirements.
∎ Analyze yarn dyed fabrics structure, shade and quality before going to bulk production.
∎ Troubleshooting different shade and quality related issues of dyed batched.
∎ Check production parameter of machines and take necessary action if modification requires.
∎ Follow up and ensure on time delivery of dyed yarn.
∎ Supervise team and ensure maximum output.
