Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should have M. Pharm/Masters in Biochemistry/ Masters in Veterinary Science/ DVM.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan & Develop strategies to identify veterinary market opportunities to achieve the company goals.
∎ Prepare product wise sales target considering product sales trend and prepare, forecast, and develop promotional plan & promotional tools of assigned products.
∎ Identify & launch new products and also plan, monitor, forecast & positioning the newly launched product.
∎ Provide training to the new and existing field personnel on new and existing products.
∎ Develop and implement brand wise marketing plan in order to ensure market penetration, profit generation and market share maximization.
∎ Analyze assigned product performance using internal & external product sales data and on-going review of market.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-3 years of working experience in the relevant industry will be given preference.
∎ The incumbent should be self-driven to work under pressure, result oriented with 'can do' attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ The incumbent should be well conversant on written and verbal communication both in English and Bangla.
∎ Age limit is within 30 (thirty) years. But it may be relaxed for highly qualified and experienced candidates.
