Educational Requirements:
∎ B.sc Engineering in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) from any reputed public university such as BUET/KUET/CUET/RUET/SUST/JUST etc.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Time Study, Motion study.
∎ Capacity study of full-line and line balancing for clean-up bottleneck area.
∎ Methods development & analysis.
∎ Follow-up of low performing operators.
∎ Operation breakdown, Operation Bulleting / Layout
∎ SMV calculation by time study.
∎ Operator skill summary.
∎ Training on production staff on efficiency.
∎ Process-wise operator skill development.
∎ Nonproductive time (loss time) record and reduction.
∎ Hourly production monitoring & line target achievement.
∎ Preparation of Man-machine report.
∎ 5s implementation, training, and auditing
∎ Minimizing defects using 7 QC tools.
∎ Statistical analysis for continuous quality improvement.
∎ Production planning and control, planning calculations
∎ Capacity study
∎ Production study
∎ Wastage reduction.
∎ Manpower budget planning.
∎ CPM & CM calculation.
∎ Line cost calculation.
∎ Floor capacity calculation.
∎ Reduction of WIP (work in process).
∎ Operator, line and floor efficiency calculation.
∎ Implementation of lean manufacturing tools and Six Sigma.
∎ Manpower requisition and set up.
∎ Eliminating excess manpower.
∎ Improving productivity through a detailed process-wise analysis.
∎ Co-ordination with merchandising.
∎ Fabric & thread consumption.
∎ Garments analysis & style development for reducing costing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial Engineering
∎ Fresh candidates having B.sc Engineering degree in IPE are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Understanding of RMG and garment washing & dyeing processes
∎ Leadership Skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Good command in English (Both oral and written).
∎ Good verbal, written & email communication skill.
∎ Self-motivated, responsible, and team player.
