Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee existing land projects, construction work, plot development work, corporate lands of the company and meet target
∎ Gather relevant information regarding land in all prime locations in Dhaka and its adjacent areas and other major cities in Bangladesh
∎ Deal with various landowners, collect related papers from landowners / media for vetting
∎ Finalize Deed of Agreement, Purchase Deed based of project feasibility
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent Communication and negotiation skill
∎ Understanding of organization's strategic priorities
∎ Acquainted with RAJUK (DMDP), DAP etc. for approval matters, especially calculation of land properties, registration rules, Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney etc.
∎ Ability to learn fast and deliver
∎ Attention to details
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites
