∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Email campaign, Email Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and report monthly email marketing of all SBUs.
∎ Track email metric performance on a weekly basis and take corrective actions.
∎ A/B test email marketing variables and report best performing combinations for continued improvements.
∎ Operate CRM software and ensure smooth distribution of emails to right database without compromising data security and confidentiality.
∎ Update different types of internally and externally sourced lead databases on a weekly basis.
∎ Manage Customer Satisfaction Surveys through Emails.
∎ Email Construction Status Reports to existing customers.
∎ Email marketing bill management.
∎ Maintain and introduce best practices of email marketing.
∎ Execute bulk SMS to targeted and own database (if needed)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ A working knowledge of email, display advertising, SMS delivery platforms and related products
∎ Experienced in using email marketing tools (i.e. Mailchimp)
∎ Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
∎ Excellent data analysis, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
∎ Quick and deep learner – an ability to sort through new knowledge and apply it comprehensively
