Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execution the distributors engagement and distribution infrastructure setup for meeting distribution plans
∎ Assess gaps and recommend measures to meet the sales objectives to enhance numeric distribution
∎ Develop a pool of distribution partner for each area to fast track distribution roadmap
∎ Develop a comprehensive distributor management module to standardize AFBL engagement with distribution partners
∎ Establish a system to continuously track and improve capability of the front-end distributor team
∎ Drive on-ground implementation of distributor management into a long-term sustainable relationship
∎ Management of warehouse and depot to ensure availability of stocks at the right level at all time
∎ Set up a continuous monitoring system to track distributor performance on key parameters
∎ Implement front-end RTM execution routines and journey cycle compliance through automated tracking system
∎ Provide expert guidance to the distributors to manage their transport fleet system in an efficient and cost-effective manner
∎ To prepare plan and execute & effectiveness of damage prevention campaign as priority basis
∎ To ensure Market & Distributor Point visit for collecting Damage Findings and follow up the improvement of damage prevention campaign
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge in Distribution Management, Knowledge in Logistics & Transportation and Customer Management, Knowledge in Analytical & problem solving.
