∎ Minimum 4 -6 years practical experience in any recognized company or in the same field will be preferable.

∎ Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Proficient in Bangla & English typing.
∎ Must have good knowledge in Civil Law, Company Law, Criminal Law, Land Acquisition Law, Contract Act, Registration Act, Cr PC, Penal Code, Labor Law & Rules with amendments and govt. Circular.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify legal risks and propose solutions.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Candidate must be Smart, hardworking and career oriented.
∎ Self-Motivated & Positive attitude.
∎ Strong organization skills with a problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Context:
∎ Electric & Hybrid Car Specialist WORKSHOP is looking for committed & performance as legal executive.
∎
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge about cases and suits (Especially Labor Court, Judge Court, N.I acts case, Money suit, Ortho rin, land related cases) by attending the court.
∎ Handle Civil/Criminal/Company law cases.
∎ Good knowledge & practical experience dealing of company Tax, VAT, Land Tax.
∎ Securitizing and verifying title deeds & different types of Khatians (CS, SA, RS, BS, City Jorip).
∎ Ensure all required government certification/ license like IRC, ERC, Trade License, Company license, Bond License, EPB etc. required for the company.
∎ Drafting all documents like deed of agreement, power of attorney deed, Sale deed, Bia-deed, Sub-Kabla deed, Heba deed, various legal letters/reply against letters, Affidavit, Contracts deeds, and Mortgage etc. in Bengali and English.
∎ Prepare legal notices, General Diary (GD), Complaints, petitions, written statements, written objections, replies to legal notices and relevant show cause and all other drafting's in Bengali and English.
∎ Good knowledge of land registration, land ownership, land-related, measurement, land mutation, land tax, Porcha, land related papers/documents and other assets papers/documents and selling/buy procedures as per Bangladesh Govt. rules & regulations.
∎ Good understanding of passport & Visa application process, documentation requirements and Embassy Formalities.
∎ Coordinate and maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization such as Police Station, AC Land office, DC office, Tahshil Office, Sub-Registry Office. Lawyers of Court, RAJUK and other Govt. offices.
∎ Stay up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise company on any necessary changes to policies and procedures.
∎ Perform any other job from time to time as per assigned by the management.
