∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement, Cement Industry, Steel
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting regular market research through extensive visits in the markets for seeking, collecting & submitting to the Dept. of MIS the following things- A) Market share & size, B) Exact location of the business point(s), C) Competitors’ pricing, D) Actual market scenario & trend verification, E) Competitors’ promotions, F) Market feedback regarding Metrocem products services.
∎ Maintaining, collecting, compiling, processing & preserving several required database & reports received from the: A) MIS team in the market, B) Software, C) Other sources.
∎ Enhancing responsibility of the M & S and MIS team to meet Company’s daily objectives put upon them by: A) Field force locating or tracking them following their journey plan, B) Following up time to time to submit routine reports & documents.
∎ Calculating the KPI wise monthly performance of the M & S team & the distributors/ dealers/retailers & preparing the incentive & commission reports as per set criteria.
∎ Working closely with the M & S team to calculate: A) Monthly commissions of the achievers of regular offers, B) Figures to find out the achievers of the campaigns
∎ Communicating with the M & S team & the dealers/distributors/retailers/clients (if necessary) via phone calls, SMS, emails, etc.
∎ Accomplishing several relevant tasks given by the management.
