Experience:

• 2 to 3 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• Certificate/ Diploma in Supply chain will be an added advantage;

• 2 to 3 years

• Age 26 to 28 years

• The applicants should have experience in following area(s): Local and International Procurement, Supply Chain, Spinning & Textile.
• Knowledge of the yarn manufacturing process.
• Much have sound knowledge about Cotton, Polyester, Spandex, Viscose (all types of natural and man-made fibers).
• Willing to stay near factory.

• Measuring, reviewing, and developing prospective suppliers` performance.     

• Keep up productive and communicative connections with important suppliers.

• Collect needs for yarn, plan, source, and analyze cost variances. 

• Obtaining data, creating purchase orders in the ERP system, setting up the L/C, coordinating drafts and updates to the L/C, and adhering to any modifications needed for the supplier to load containers.        

• Monitor and ensure timely delivery, guarantee quality, and co-ordinate the payment of suppliers` invoices.        

• Coordinate the yarn delivery schedule with the warehouse, production, planning, and merchandising departments.     

• Create and keep up to date all reports and documentation pertaining to the acquisition of yarn.       

• Prepare and manage the certification and allocation of Organic and BCI yarn.      

•  Create various report types in accordance with management`s and the department head`s requests.
