Job Context:
∎ A sister concern of Micro Fibre Group.
∎ Micro Fibre is a renowned, well established as well as ISO & Oeko-Tex certified 100% export oriented knit composite company is looking for some suitable candidates for the sought position offering an attractive salary with other lucrative facilities on urgent basis
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure on time yarn booking & delivery to fulfill order.
∎ Arrange storing according to the Knitting requirement & to issue correct fabric yarn against each order. Issuing the correct yarn to as per production plan
∎ Accurate receiving of all yarn Inventory taking, Quality checking, recording in the stock register as per procedure & reporting the concern department head.
∎ Daily supervise all issuing & receiving of yarn inspecting its quality. Monitor in keeping all records of receiving & delivery in the prescribed register.
∎ To ensure loading of correct quantity and provide correct document against each delivery
∎ Preparing store inventory report and properly update to the management
∎ To arrange delivering yarn to the knitting department with proper recording like yarn delivery, challan, gate pass etc.
∎ Any other responsibilities assign by the management.
∎ Participate in physical inventory check
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge about yarn allocation for buyer and order wise.
∎ Good Knowledge & Skill in MS Office and ERP PI Entry
∎ Yarn dyeing work order creation and distribution and in housing follow-up.
∎ Yarn test follow up for yarn allocation for specific buyer follow-up.
∎ Making yarn require statement and in house follow up.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
∎ Must have the ability to Supervise and inspire team member
Salary: Negotiable
