Job Responsibilities:
∎ To promote harmonious relation and to do liaison work between the workers & the management.
∎ Building good communication between workers and management employees.
∎ Conducting meetings with PC, Safety Committee and other necessary committees' meetings and keeping records.
∎ Training, Risk assessments and special take care of new mother or expecting mothers and their health & safety and benefit.
∎ Organizing various orientation and professional training programs for each category of staff and workers, on topics such as labor laws, health & safety standards, etc.
∎ To study and understand the point of view of the workers in order to help the factory management.
∎ Ensuring various health & safety standards for development of improved working conditions throughout the factory premises in accordance with legal as well as customers' code of conduct.
∎ Assisting in various disciplinary matters & grievance handling matters through conducting internal assessments/investigations as well as
∎ Recommendations of suitable solution and actions to be implemented.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experiences in circular knitwear garments-based manufacturing factories also preferred.
∎ Written and verbal communication skill in English and Bangla.
∎ Sufficient typing spread in English and Bangla (MS Word & Excel).
∎ Should able to stay near to the factory.
