Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented professional to join our HR, Admin & Compliance team as Executive – Welfare. The incumbent will play a vital role in ensuring employee wellbeing, maintaining positive workplace relations, and promoting compliance with EPZ labor laws and organizational policies. The position requires strong counseling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to foster a supportive and safe work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with EPZ Labor Law, Rules, and Wage Scale.

  • Counsel workers on attendance issues (late/absent), grievances, PPE usage, and disciplinary matters; coordinate necessary disciplinary actions.

  • Maintain updated registers of MLV, Grievance, Absent, and Late Counselling.

  • Communicate company policies, procedures, and welfare-related updates to employees effectively.

  • Promote a safe, healthy, and positive workplace by organizing health camps, awareness sessions, and wellness programs.

  • Keep accurate documentation of welfare activities, incidents, and employee grievances.

  • Prepare periodic reports on employee welfare status and recommend improvement plans.
