Job Context
We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager – Utility (Mechanical) to support the operation, maintenance, and efficiency of factory utility systems. The role involves ensuring uninterrupted utility services, supporting preventive maintenance programs, and maintaining compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Utility Manager in managing daily operations of utility systems including boilers, compressors, chillers, pumps, Lift and Workshop systems.
Ensure continuous and reliable utility supply for factory operations.
Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Troubleshoot mechanical and utility equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Monitor Chiller, Lift, steam, water, and compressed air systems for optimal performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and audit requirements.
Supervise maintenance technicians and utility operators.
Coordinate with production and procurement teams for spare parts, shutdown maintenance, and equipment installation.
Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and performance reports.
