Additional Requirements:

Basic knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control
Familiarity with SKU system, barcoding, and stock tracking procedures
Good physical stamina and ability to handle warehouse tasks
Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and accountability
Teamwork and coordination skills
Experience in e-commerce or Retail fulfillment is an added advantage
Responsibilities & Context:
Executive (Warehouse & Fulfilment) is responsible for managing warehouse and order fulfilment operations, including inventory control, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch coordination. The position plays a key role in ensuring smooth workflow, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Verify order details (product, quantity, quality) before dispatch
Organize and maintain warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval
Ensure proper labeling, categorization, and stock placement
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse & Fulfilment Center
Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit
Coordinate with delivery/logistics partners for timely dispatch
Handle returned products and inspect condition
Update return status and coordinate restocking or disposal
Coordinate with customer service and operations teams regarding order status
Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in warehouse processes
